Cauliflower BBQ
The best snack for game day or simply for the pleasure of enjoying something delicious and healthy!

This recipe is TOP ⬆ !!! It takes a little longer than other recipes, but it's really worth it. In addition to making it for a game day or when there are visitors and you want to surprise them, I make this delicious dish to accompany a lunch or dinner
Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables to cook because of its versatility and taste. I love using it to make low carb recipes like cauliflower rice, mashed cauliflower (coming soon to my page), or just steamed when I don't really feel like cooking.
The servings in this recipe are for two because I normally make it for my husband and myself. But you can make it for more people by doubling or tripling the recipe
Cauliflower BBQ
Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 60 minutes
Portions: 2
Ingredients:
✔️1/2 large or 1 small cauliflower
✔️3/4 cup Almond flour (or coconut)
✔️1/2 cup of unsweetened vegetable milk (almonds or coconut)
✔️2 eggs (or 1/4 cup of water)
✔️Spices: I used 1 tbsp. of garlic powder, pepper and salt to taste
Instructions:
🔹 Preheat oven to 230°C or 450°F.
🔹 To cut the cauliflower, it’s easier for me to cut it first in half and then cut
the pieces to the size you want them to be, approximately the size of a bite.
🔹 Once cut, rinse it well.
🔹 In a bowl add the flour, spices, milk and eggs (or water) and mix everything.
🔹 Pour the pieces of cauliflower into the mixture so that they are well covered.
🔹 Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pieces of cauliflower
leaving space between them.
🔹Place them in the oven for 15-20 min.
🔹While you wait, prepare the BBQ sauce (recipe below) or use a sugar-free one.
🔹 Take the tray out of the oven and glaze with the sugar-free BBQ sauce.
🔹Put it back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes until crisp
🔹Serve & pour the leftover dip in a container in case you want more!
