Blueberries Protein Smoothie

You will love this smoothie with only 3 ingredients!!! It tastes amazing, helps with those sugar cravings, it is super easy to make, packed with vitamins, minerals and very low in sugar (only the sugar from fruit). It is also super satiating for its protein content.
Blueberries Protein Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Portions: 1
Ingredients:
💟 1 scoop of protein powder (I used vanilla because it goes well with everything)
💟 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
💟 A splash of unsweetened vegetable milk (almond, coconut,etc.).
The less, the thicker the consistency will be.
💟 Ice (doesn’t count as ingredient for those who’ll say I just said 3 ingredients 😏)
Tips & Extras:
If you want an even creamier consistency, you can add frozen zucchini (about 1/4 to 1/2 of a piece). Some other ingredients that act as thickeners are Greek yogurt and avocado. Add 1/4 cup of yogurt or 1/4 of avocado. You will get a texture almost the same as an ice cream!
You can add toppings like: walnuts, almonds, hemp seeds, etc. You choose!
Instructions:
Put everything in the blender for about 1 minute or until it has the consistency you want. Don’t leave it too long or it will be very watery. When ready, place the toppings and enjoy! 😁
