Blueberries Protein Smoothie 

Low in carbs, keto-friendly, low in calories, and super satiating! 🤤

What I love about this recipe is that it's easy, satiating, and has a great macro-nutrient content! 


Do you need something that really fills you up? This is one of those snacks that you can eat when you have those cravings in the middle of the afternoon, or on those days where you feel like you have a hole in your stomach and it is difficult to feel satiated.

As easy as this:

 * 1 scoop vanilla protein

 * 1 cup of frozen blueberries

 * 100 g frozen courgette in cubes

 * 1/2 cup of almond milk unsweetened

 * Lots of ice!! Mix everything in your blender and enjoy!! 🤤
