High Protein Creamy Oats

This is one of those recipes that when I do it, I don't want anyone to steal a bite lol! I love it, it's super easy and the ingredients are also super easy to get.

I usually consume this after training or in the morning. Here it goes!


  • Oat flakes gluten free (I use Bob's Red Mills). Approximately 30-40 g according to your objectives.

  • 90 g of egg whites (preferably organic)

  • A splash of lactose-free milk, light, almond or coconut unsweetened


  • Berries of your preference

  • Nuts or almonds

  • Cinnamon and Stevia to taste


  • Preheat some water (about half a cup) over high heat.

  • When it starts boiling, add the oatmeal and leave it on low heat.

  • When it starts cooking, add the egg whites and (VERY IMPORTANT) do not stop stirring for approx. 1 minute, otherwise the egg whites will separate from the oats.

  • After about 4-5 minutes remove from heat. Add a splash of milk to cool it down.

       Add toppins and enjoy! 🤤
