If you've never heard of this recipe before, let me give you a little introduction. This is a method where oats are not cooked, only mixed with liquid and other ingredients and left to rest in the refrigerator overnight.
If you are one of those who don't have time to cook and are always in a hurry, I recommend this recipe for a quick, simple and delicious breakfast !! 👌 It does not have the same texture as hot oatmeal, it is creamier, denser and, in my opinion, tastes better!
▶️ Oats (portion depends on your goals, I use approx 40-50 g)
▶️ 1 protein scoop (I use Nuzest brand chocolate or vanilla flavor)
▶️ 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
▶️ 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (can be replaced for coconut, rice, oats or the milk of your preference)
▶️ Cinnamon and Stevia to taste
▶️ Mix all the ingredients and leave it in the fridge overnight. The next morning take it out and enjoy!! 🤤🤤
