Overnight Oats
If you've never heard of this recipe before, let me give you a little introduction. This is a method where oats are not cooked, only mixed with liquid and other ingredients and left to soak in the refrigerator overnight.
Benefits:
- Soaking oats helps make them easier to digest.
- Allows nutrients to be better absorbed by our body.
- Starch is a particle that must be transformed in order to be assimilated and digested, which occurs only when it is soaked or cooked.
If you are one of those who don't have time to cook and are always in a hurry, I recommend this recipe for a quick, simple and delicious breakfast !! 👌 It does not have the same texture as hot oatmeal, it is creamier, denser and, in my opinion, tastes better!
