Banana-Chocolate Pancakes High in Protein

Because I love sharing healthy delicious recipes with you, here is how to enjoy this amazing pancakes with no guilt 😁😉


Dry Ingredients:
❇️ 30 g Gluten Free Oatmeal (my favorite is Bob's Red Mills)
❇️ 15 g Vegan chocolate protein powder (whey protein shouldn’t be used for cooking). If you don’t have chocolate flavor, you can add cocoa powder
❇️ 1/4 Tbsp baking powder
❇️ 1/4 Tbsp Baking soda
❇️ Stevia and cinnamon to taste

 

Wet ingredients:
❇️ 1 Tablespoon of apple sauce (optional). It makes it more wet

❇️ A splash of organic apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg). It works with the baking soda and makes it more spongy 😉
❇️ 60 g Egg whites
❇️ Some unsweetened almond milk

 

Toppings:

❇️ 1 Banana y Bee Pollen

 

Cooking Instructions:

❇️  Mix all the ingredients, grease a pan with spray coconut oil. Pour the mixture and when ready, turn it over.
Cut the banana and put it on top with the pollen. You can add Maple Syrup
